When cold, winter temperatures start, I tend to find some great comfort food. This is one of my faves to make for breakfast, the Dutch Baby Pancakes. They also call it German pancakes. It is quick and easy to make, which is great when you're still heavy-eyed and yawning from sleeping and making breakfast. You just blend all the ingredients together, bake it, and voila! You have a mouth-watering breakfast! Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top; top it with fresh berries or fruit of your choice; drizzle it with maple, strawberry, or chocolate syrup; and squeeze and swirl some whipped cream on top. I can imagine its taste as a combination of a pancake and a bread pudding.
