LECHE FLAN RECIPE

Every family gatherings we have in the Philippines wouldn't be complete without this yummy, sweet and jellyish textured dessert, we call "LECHE FLAN" or Filipino custard. It is made from a mixture of eggs, milk, and sugar. One of my favorite Filipino desserts. Here is a recipe:

EMBUTIDO RECIPE

Embutido, is a Filipino-style steamed meatloaf, which is filled with slices of boiled egg and sausages on the inside. This is a very good comfort food and is usually eaten with rice and dip in a sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce with calamansi. Here is a recipe I made according to my taste.
