Egg Sandwhich




Sliced bread
Boiled eggs,chopped
Mayonnaise
Salt
Sugar
Boil the eggs. Once it's cooked, chop it into tiny pieces.
Put the chopped eggs into a bowl, then put the mayonnaise.Mix it well.
Season with salt and sugar. (Sugar makes it a little sweet, balancing the taste of the salt)
Mix very well.
Meanwhile, toast the bread.
Once it's toasted, spread the egg mixture evenly on top of the slices. And then layer the slices after.
Serve with you favorite drink.
