MASHED POTATO

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Potatoes, peeled, and cut into big cubes
2 tbsp. Garlic powder
2-3 tbsp. Chicken Bouillon powder
Water
Milk (fresh milk)
Unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE:

In a big pot, put all the potatoes and then cover it up with enough water. Let it boil.

Once it boils, put the chicken bouillon powder and the garlic powder.

Put enough powder according to your preference to make the potatoes salty. Continue cooking until the potatoes get soft.

After the potatoes are cooked, drain the potatoes in a strainer. Then put the potatoes back into the pot and begin mashing it.

Use a potato masher to mash the potatoes. Add milk and butter little by little while mashing it until it gets creamy. Adjust the amount of milk and butter according to your preference.

After mashing it, stir it well and season with some salt and pepper if need.
Serve as side for your favorite meat.

If  you have a pressure cooker, you can use it to cook the potatoes fast. Just put all the potatoes, water, and seasonings together and cook it.
